Online Shop Terms & Conditions

1. Items purchased from the online Melbourne Baseball Club Shop can be collected at the Main Clubrooms, Surrey Drive, Box Hill (off Canterbury Rd).

2. Collections are only available by appointment. Appointments can be made via the Treasurer, or our Uniform Officer. See up to date contact details via the Contacts link on the main menu.

3. All purchases are to be picked up from the Main Clubrooms at Surrey Park by arrangement with the Treasurer and/or our Uniform Officer.  Orders placed via the On-Line Shop will be processed within 48 hours, and you will be advised if goods are not available. You will receive a receipt when your transaction is completed.

4. Merchandise can be checked for size/suitability at time of collection, and swapped if necessary. Merchandise will not be accepted for return or refund once it has been worn.

5. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

6. All online orders will be placed by credit card. The customer will be charged upfront and the goods will be delivered as soon as possible.

7. International orders: Currently the online store does not accept international orders.

8. Customer Service Policy: The Melbourne Baseball Club is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are current, correctly priced and in stock unless specifically noted under the products description. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-7 business days. Some items are bulk ordered and you will be notified of delivery timeframes. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 7 business days.

9. Refund Policy: The Melbourne Baseball Club does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. If there are any concerns about the refunds or exchanging of products please contact the Melbourne Baseball Club directly.

10. Privacy Policy: The Melbourne Baseball Club is dedicated to keeping your details private. We are concerned about your privacy and adhere to State and Commonwealth privacy laws. We collect personal information such as your name, address, age, sex, telephone contact, and membership status to provide you with services within the sport of baseball and to meet our obligations to relevant government sports bodies. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We also use this information to provide you our weekly newsletter, identify your orders, and to personalise your shopping experience with us. You can request access to the personal information we hold about you and you may ask us at any time to correct it where you believe it is incorrect or out of date.  There will be no fee for accessing your personal information.
