Playing Conditions
As previously distributed to all clubs, the 2013/2014 Junior Playing conditions can be found on the following link with all amendments from last year highlighted in red.

Phoning of the Scores
An official from the home club shall be responsible for telephoning the scores from their match within 30 minutes after the match.
The telephone number is (03) 9517 7523.
You will speak into a recording service. Please clearly indicate the following information:
- The Competition (e.g. Men, Women, Masters or Juniors)
- The Division and Grade (e.g. Division 1 firsts or Division 2 South East, etc.)
- The Home team and their score (e.g. Ballarat Yankees 5)
- The Visiting team and their score (e.g. Bendigo Mets 5)
Match Sheets
All Junior Summer League Match sheets are now to be sent to the following email junior.scores@baseballvictoria.com.au
Clubs and umpires are reminded that Match sheets are not be sent via smart phones.

Scorers are to ensure all stated information is completed, plus the following details:
- Mark next to any junior player’s name the youngest age group they qualify (e.g. U14 or U16 or U18)
- Mark C next to any player that played as a catcher in the game
- Mark P next to any player that pitched in the game
- If a junior player pitches, mark the number of pitches they threw (e.g. P56).
- Mark DH next to any player that played as a Designated Hitter (U18 & U16 Only)
